Shipping Policy
Ship from China -> Worldwide, expect total door-to-door shipping times between 12-30 business days depending on your location. Most products will take 3-5 working days to make before being shipped.
All Tracking Inquiries: Please shoot us an email at support@awekeys.com for help tracking your order. Alternatively, please consult the tracking link available via your Order Page.
For Group Buy / Pre-Orders / Crowdfunding / Custom made orders, please refer to the estimated shipping out date listed on the relevant its product page. We will notify you once the item is shipped, and provide the tracking number. Upon receipt of the tracking number, please pay close attention to the status of the delivery and promptly liaise with your local customs/ post office when required.
In case of failed delivery caused by the customer (i.e: the non-payment of the customs fee by the customer, unavailability of the customer to receive the order, or non-collection from the customer's local post office due to customer's unavailability to accept the order), and the goods are delivered back to us as a result, please notify us as soon as possible.
Please note we do not offer refunds in the case of failed delivery. If we are able to retrieve the returned order in good condition, it is possible to re-ship the order. A reshipment fee based on the courier's fee + additional administration fee of USD$12 will apply.
